Count back through all the major milestones of your life when your mother wasn’t there for you.
The list grows immeasurably longer once your mother dies.
Yet consider that through each of these times, you not only survived, but you probably even thrived. Why? Though she wasn’t there, you knew that your mother loved you.
Remember that not only does your Father God love you, but He is always with you.
Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget you, I will not forget you (Isaiah 49:15).
